We are the USA Women’s Fly Fishing Team—elite anglers representing the United States on the world stage through international competition. But we’re more than competitors. We’re a growing community of women committed to lifting each other, protecting the waters we love, and showing the world what it looks like when purpose meets passion.
Backed by USAngling, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and competing under FIPS-Mouche, we fish with pride, unity, and a deep respect for our environment. Our mission is to build a team that exemplifies excellence, encourages conservation, and inspires the next generation of women to find their place on the water.
