The USA Surf Fishing Team is delighted to announce their participation in the
2025 Pan American Surfcasting Championships, scheduled from September 12-15, 2025, in Costa Rica.

Hosted by the Pan American Sportfishing Federation, this event will gather top surf anglers from across the Americas for an intense catch-and-release competition along the sandy shores of Tortuguero National Park in Jalova.

The USA Surf Fishing Team – with support from Fishbites and Bass Pro as main sponsors – will face formidable opponents in their quest for gold following their team silver and individual bronze for Ryan Lambert in 2024. In addition to competing against local and international talent, the tournament features long challenging sessions on Jalova Beach, where participants will
navigate the dynamic conditions of the eastern Costa Rican coastline in search of tarpon, jacks, snook and various other species using artificial baits.
