Henryk started his carp fishing passion in Poland, before naturalizing to the United States 20 plus years ago. Growing up near many popular European fishing waters, Carp was a target early on in his life and after moving to the USA, he was able to group up with a fantastic group of like minded Polish Anglers that became fondly known as “Polonia Carp Team”. This group holds social events and small tournaments around the USA to promote the love of Carp Fishing and awareness of the species as more than just a “bottom feeder”. Henryk takes carp fishing VERY serious and has honed his technical, watercraft and casting skills to a fine point and wields his weapons well. While living in Chicago with a successful plumbing business you can find Henryk off duty lurking around the Chicago River and many other water bodies testing his skills against this mighty freshwater fighter. Henryk has a proven track record of putting fish on the bank and prides himself on promoting Carp as the greatest freshwater sportsfish.
