Fishing has played a significant part in my life ever since I was able to carry a fishing pole. I grew up fishing with my grandpa. Every day he would take me to local ponds and creeks and teach me the basics of fishing. This is where my love for fishing began. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of these experiences. As I got older, I became more and more passionate about bass fishing. I started fishing competitive tournaments when I was 10 years old, and I have very much appreciated learning something new during every tournament. I enjoy participating and organizing conservation projects with my fishing club. Some recent projects include installing fishing recycling tubes and building fishing crib habitats at local lakes. Fishing has played a huge role in my life, and I plan to continue driving this passion throughout the rest of my high school years.
