Sean Lawless discovered kayak fishing at 45, venturing into saltwater fishing for the first time in 2016. Despite his late start, Sean dove in headfirst, spending up to 20 weeks a year fishing in the Florida Panhandle—all while working as a full-time firefighter in Oklahoma. After 25 years of service, Sean retired in 2021 and moved permanently to the Florida Panhandle, transforming his passion into a career as a full-time saltwater fishing content creator. 

With a growing following across multiple platforms, Sean has packed decades of fishing experience into just seven years, inspiring anglers from all walks of life. Sean’s versatility sets him apart. He isn’t confined to one style of kayak fishing but strives to master them all. From inshore bays, rivers, and bayous to offshore adventures in the Gulf of Mexico, Sean has honed a wide range of techniques, including jigging, topwater casting, and live bait fishing. His adventures span both coasts of Florida and the waters of Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, and Panama, Central America. Among these, his true passion lies in offshore kayak fishing for giant saltwater species.
