Residing in New York State, Norbie is privileged to be able to attend some of the biggest tournaments in the USA for carp, consistently placing in the top 5 positions and collecting trophies for his efforts. Norbie brings an unbelievable amount of technical knowledge to any fishing event he attends and when you hear the word carp tournament, you can bet Norbie’s name is on the roster and he has his game face on.
