Jim Davis is a passionate kayak angler from Washington State who began fishing at age three. His expertise spans both freshwater and saltwater species in the Pacific Northwest, with additional experience targeting warm-water species in the Gulf of Mexico, Hawaii, Belize, and the Sea of Cortez. Known for his versatility, Jim excels as a multi-species angler.

His adaptability has earned him numerous accolades, including Northwest Kayak Anglers Angler of the Year, multiple Washington Kayak Bass Fishing AOY titles, and success in various multi-species competitions. Jim thrives on new challenges, sharing his passion for the sport, and maintaining a strong competitive drive.

Since 2020, Jim has served as Tournament Director for WKBF, growing the organization by over 300% through enhancing participant experiences and ensuring sponsor recognition. He has delivered seminars, written articles for Kayak Angler Magazine, appeared on radio and podcasts, and will be featured on an upcoming episode of Harrod Outdoors.

Jim is honored to represent the United States alongside some of the nation’s top anglers on the Saltwater Kayak Fishing Team and the overall experience of competing at this prestigious level.
