Bob, a native Texan, has been deep sea fishing for the last 20 years and fishing competitively for 13 years in Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, and Costa Rica using Charter boats and has been exposed to many angling techniques and practices.

Bob has won 6 invitations to the Offshore World Championships and a 7th by invitation to join another team by either winning or placing in affiliated IGFA Billfish and Inshore tournaments.  

In April 2023, Bob and his teammates placed 10th at the Offshore World Championships held in Quepos, Costa Rica.  In April 2025, Bob and his teammates tied for 3rd at the Offshore World Championships and Bob was the 12th ranked angler.

In November 2024, Bob and his teammates won Silver Team medals at the Pan American Big Game Trolling Tournament in Panama.  In April 2025, Bob and his teammate won Silver Nation medals at the Pan American Rooster Fish Tournament in Panama.

Bob enjoys fishing of any kind but prefers the salt water and has fished numerous fresh water tournaments, Bob has a deep love of our country and considers it an honor to fish for the USA.
